MC&T, LLC has been in the automotive consulting business since 1990. Our primary focus is to bring together buyers and sellers of automobile dealerships.
MC&T, LLC assists dealers and potential dealers in several ways:

Michael M. Morgan

Mike Morgan is an accomplished veteran of the retail automotive industry, with nearly thirty five years experience.
He entered the retail automobile business in 1976 as a salesperson in Saint Petersburg, Florida. An accomplished salesperson, Mike rapidly moved on to sales manager, general manager and ultimately owner of a very successful Toyota dealership in the southeast.
In 1990 he sold his dealership and started MC&T (Morgan Consulting and Training), a dealership re-engineering firm located in Orlando, Florida. Over the years Mike has helped many struggling dealerships become successful operations by installing processes and disciplines that dictate success.
In 1999, MC&T became a full-service mergers and acquisitions firm operating throughout the southeastern United States and has employed the services of experienced automobile professionals to help achieve the goals of the business owners with whom MC&T contracts.
MC&T has been involved in mergers and acquisitions ranging from $2,000,000 to over $75,000,000. |
Ken Wambold

Ken Wambold Ken began his automotive career in 1976 as the first F&I Manager for Ohio’s largest Buick dealer. He successfully grew the department into a multi person and profitable area of the dealership. Soon afterward, he then used his finance experience to help build what became the largest dealer affiliated leasing company in the United States. Over the next several years he held positions of sales manager, general sales manager and general manager for Buick and Toyota dealerships. His accomplishments included leading the dealerships to top sales positions and CSI rankings.
Ken then teamed up with JM Family Enterprises to form a commercial fleet leasing company, where he developed a large portfolio of fleet leasing clients before joining the initial start up team of AutoNation USA, in 1995. Here his many years of knowledge and experience led to the development of many of the sales, service, parts and CSI processes used in today’s dealerships. After returning to JM Family Enterprises in 2000, he developed and implemented sales and marketing processes for the sale of insurance products in Puerto Rico and the United States. In 2003, Ken founded Strategic Automotive Services, a diversified automotive consulting company. He has been successful in coordinating dealer and manufacturer relationships throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Canada, specializing in improving dealership profitability and mergers and acquisitions. Due to his extensive experience in automotive dealership operations he is well known throughout the industry as an excellent coach, trainer and motivator. Ken currently resides in North Georgia with his wife and has two children and four grandchildren living in the Atlanta area.

John Bowen
|
John Bowen has over thirty years of experience in both the retail and automobile distribution business. He was a partner/owner of two dealerships in Florida and was a charter dealer for Suzuki. In 1990 John sold the dealerships and was offered a position to manage the Suzuki Distributorship for the island of Puerto Rico along with two automobile dealerships.
After twenty years of managing the distributorship in Puerto Rico, John recently returned to Central Florida to be close to his family.
The experience with the two aspects of the automobile business gives John a unique perspective on the industry.

Jim Crampton
|
Jim Crampton began his marketing career in 1994 as the Director of Marketing and Operations for a national drug testing company responsible for both corporate and professional sports drug testing programs. Clients included the State of Florida Department of Education, The International Tennis Federation, several professional sports organizations and numerous fortune 100 companies including Halliburton, Sony Corporation, and Pepsi Company.
In 1998 Jim took a position with an international corporation that marketed its document finishing systems to companies in over 104 countries. His hard work and dedication led to promotion to International Marketing Director where he spearheaded an international project that changed the company’s entire marketing strategy worldwide. This increased sales and lowered the cost of marketing by several margins.
In 2008 Mr. Crampton joined MC&T, a consulting company specializing in automobile dealership transactions and assumed the role of Partner responsible for all marketing efforts related to automotive buy-sale activities. His responsibilities include compiling marketing packages for both buyers and sellers to simplify the sales process. These packages contain all dealership financials, real estate appraisals, local demographics, and complete listing information.

Mary Jane (MJ) McNaught
|
MJ became a Florida licensed real estate professional in 1985 and acquired a Florida real estate broker’s license in 2002. Her real estate career has included sales, marketing, sales management, mortgage and closing administration and product development. As an important team member of MC&T, LLC, MJ provides valuable knowledge and expertise of commercial real estate acquisitions, mergers and disposition.
