Mike Morgan is an accomplished veteran of the retail automotive industry, with nearly thirty five years experience.
He entered the retail automobile business in 1976 as a salesperson in Saint Petersburg, Florida. An accomplished salesperson, Mike rapidly moved on to sales manager, general manager and ultimately owner of a very successful Toyota dealership in the southeast.
In 1990 he sold his dealership and started MC&T (Morgan Consulting and Training), a dealership re-engineering firm located in Orlando, Florida. Over the years Mike has helped many struggling dealerships become successful operations by installing processes and disciplines that dictate success.
In 1999, MC&T became a full-service mergers and acquisitions firm operating throughout the southeastern United States and has employed the services of experienced automobile professionals to help achieve the goals of the business owners with whom MC&T contracts.
MC&T has been involved in mergers and acquisitions ranging from $2,000,000 to over $75,000,000.

A J Cooper, is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the New York University of Law, Jay founded the National Black American Law Students Association. INC. (NBLSA), which is now forty years old, with chapters on every law school campus in America. He was one of the founders, and first president, of the Alabama Lawyers Association, Inc. which is the National Bar Association's Alabama affiliate. He also was elected Mayor of Prichard, Alabama and was a founder, and the first president of the National Conference of Black Mayors (NCBM). He has also served as General Counsel for National Association of Minority Auto Dealers (NAMAD) and Daimler Chrysler Minority Dealers Association (DCMDA).
